Here is your weekly outline of what to expect in class:
DRAMA 1
We'll start the week by continuing to work on short films. You'll be allowed class time Monday-Thursday for taping the films in class, and then we'll start moving on toward a round of theater scenes. We'll start by spending some time in class searching for scenes, so please feel free to bring plays with you to class that you might like to utilize starting on Friday.
DRAMA 2
We will continue clowning work this week. We'll begin the week by seeing any remaining "impossible tasks," and then the rest of the week will be devoted to "clown dances." I'll provide you with all the relevant details of the assignment in class. You'll spend the early part of the week rehearsing and then you'll perform the pieces late in the week.
DRAMA 3
This week will be devoted to continuing our work on large group film/TV scenes. You'll have time to rehearse at the beginning of the week and then we'll start taping scenes in class. If time permits, we'll start moving on to the selection of theater scenes (details to follow in class).
DRAMA 4
On Monday we'll have a guest class with a representative from USC! On Tuesday we'll continue round 5 of college research presentations. On Wednesday you'll have in-class rehearsal time to prepare for final performances of all four of your class monologues, which will occur on Thursday and Friday.
Have a great week, everybody!
